Its more of a Spin off. Its not REALLY hiphop, but it comes from the hiphop world and takes from it. Like alot of "urban music" from this last decade. But, none of it lasts, like most spin offs. Ignore it, laugh at it etc. in 3yrs time people will be askin "Wonder where them ___ dudes go?".

On the same note. Most americans arent kind to things that have fallen off ie Myspace, snap music, rappers, etc. It all becomes jokes.
