subwoofers

I was wondering if any of you guys have monitor subs??? Does anyone mix with a sub...I dont really know anyone who does so i dunno. I wanna get a sub for my system on my computer so I can rock my house. Im wondering if anyone has any and how they sound. All my eqpt is hooked up to my computer as well I have event tr8 monitors right now. Should I try and get a monitor or some other type of set up...what do you guys thinks best???

i got a sub for mine its small though but it thumps a bit, its better to mix wit so u can hear the bass better and hear how hard the drums hit

some cheap ass sub, its nothing special i dont even know the brand it dosnt say anything on it, gets the job done though
