Yo last night me and Pug were on our way back from seeing Land of the Dead, we step on the metro (subway for all you yankees) and at the other end was 3 white guys "freestyling" in french! LOL!!!!!!!! We were laughing so much it was crazy. Everyone on the metro car was pretty much laughing at them. They were so into it and even going "OOOOOOOHHHHHHH" at one point with 1 arm in the air doing the pointing motion with the other hand covering the mouth (ya'll know that).

At one point one of them took off his buddy's hat and start rapping about it LOL. Thank goodness we couldn't hear what they were saying, we could just hear lots of noise.

Anyway, anyone else with similar stories of punk ass white boys (or any other color) trying to freestyle? Fuckin white people!

man back round my way at school white cats would try soooo hard to be down. At school we would would make up dumb shit and say it to the white wannabies. the white cats would try and copy it casue they thought it was "cool" . You would here them feestyling a week later using that shit. That was some funny shit....


ALso when i was in london i went to the jumpoff this white welsh cat was trying to rap against this white scottish chick. Can u imgaine a wack emniem wanna be with a welsh accent!!!! Now that was some FUNNY shit.....everybody(black and white) got a kick outta booing him off stage

that's what i'm talkin about. since hiphop has been inoculated into the mainstream it's been a battle for white people. anyone white is compared to m&m and it's made me cold like eastwood in a siergo lieoni spegetti western. i challenge anyone for my steez and that has nothing to do with hiphop or african american culture, i'm a scientist by mind but juxtapose cultures into my substrate. Atleast when I did it I did it with talent and style and when we would go to the hood people would give me props... Well, them days are over now! But yeah, it is funny and at the same time it's stupid to see people imitating what they see on t.v. and not knowing what it means.. We get alot of these wanna be thugs around here man, and it's too the point where you just want to shoot yourself it's so bad.. M y whole perspective on things changed when I saw "Black & White." That shit really made me realize how stupi it is to act like somone your not... And I think that's just the problem nowadays, people mimic rather than stay true to there self... hiphops a fad now and i think it puts a lot of black people in a position where they feel since their black they own something i do not. i really do like it that people compare me to their internal understanding of the world and then look like scooby-doo when they [all races] are like "hunh?"

I agree, when u see the people that are tryin more to to fit in or be like someone else for acceptance, that shit is sorry.....But to me, theres always gonna be those people just about everywhere u go, at any time, and there always gonna be busters....thats jus the way it is.....What rubs me the wrong way is this kinda shit gets distorted often and then a stereotype is created almost instantaneously that cant be shaked no matter what u say...Like the whole, "White guys cant rap thing".....Cuz i agree, if yer walkin and talkin about some bullshit that u aint then u are wack, but that goes for all colors u kno?....I think people jus get caught up waaay to easily in jumpin on what the word is and half the time they arent even really thinkin about why their sayin it, their jus sayin it becuase thats what other people are sayin, and in that respect - those cats are jus as plastic as the ones that are tryin to be cool like tha other dude playin like hes someone else...But whatever....

I think i jus delved into a whole nuther issue, so ill leave it at that cuz im not defending the retarded french dudes, im jus sayin since i see that this tends to never go away as a popular form of interpreting other people.....

It's just funny to see idiots like that trying to rap. I'm convinced 99% of these guys thought freestyling started around the time 8 Mile came out, like it's something revolutionary.

Hey that is real wack, about as wack as someone that sends me a note or what not to send them anything about the history of hip hop etc less than a year ago, or if you listend to their beats about that time you would wonder what in the hell is that and they claim to be producing for like 5 years or so....LOL..... or they owned not 1 piece of equipment of any kind just dabbling in hip hop, reading up on it etc, never been to any shows at all, never produced any artists at any level..... about a year or so ago, but they are ready for the industry though...its crazy I tell ya....people tryna be a wannabee.....it persists at all levels not just mc's, I am cracking up over here....color, what country you are from has absolutely nothing to do with it I dont think.......the whole art and culture is novel but who knows maybe it has always really been like that, its just that every block has about 20 or so producers, and 100 mcs nowadays......go figure..
