Arbiter have some on their site - a zip file called 'stereo detail hats' or something similar. Lots of organic hi hat sounds you don't normally find [on sample CDs and stuff anyway].
Maybe they took those zip files down or something, they had loads of kits and samples from loads of vintage drum machines too [Fairlight,XR10, Emu Drumulator, Linn MK2 etc..]. All free too.
Just type in what you're looking for on www.google.com and I'm sure you'll be able to find something useful.
Well for single hits it is extremely unlikely people know what reord you got them from anyway [even more so if you use hits from several different records], let alone being confronted with it by some record label.
Then if you consider the way in which single hits are layered and filterd - they can become completely unrecognisable....
