This is cool man. I like the panned hats a lot (though the volume is a little low). Drums are cool and kick is deep. I don't like the high-pitch synth, it was a little annoying to my ears, but the bars around 2:15 were my favorite part and thought it sounded pretty clean.

I think the synth is cool just way too loud in the mix. The piano I think is too quiet. But still a cool track.

I agree with @Kane the MOD, the piano could do with perhaps a little more volume whilst taking the synth down slightly and should be spot on in the mix. I'd like to hear a prominent bassline to accompany the beat but good work man!
