i was reading the last Scratch mag (R.I.P.) i read Apex article on how he did the I get Money record but somebody jacked his beat of soundclick.com




and alot of people been tellin me people get there beats jack from there im bout to pull all my shyt from there i just wanted to kno if yall was aware of this

Anybody with 2 sound cards and a recording program i.e. Acid pro, pro tools, etc which allows you to select which sound card you want to use to record, can jack your tracks whether you make it downloadable or not! It's played thru your pc sound card and recorded thru the sound card you use for tracking your songs. No wires, no mic, no nothing. It'll be a digital feed from one sound card to the other and will be of the same quality!

Either post snippets of your track or put beat tagz in it for safety measures. Tagz may not stop them but it'll slow them down. With snippets beat tag it thru out the hook/chorus. Drop the volume down on the beat tagz so they don't get annoying but keep them audible. Keep the snippets 2 minutes or less. Other than not posting your beats up, its about the best you can do.

there are programs that can actually lift streaming files from sites. they don't have to be downloadable, but they can still be downloaded with the right programs.
