the only thing the taliban did was not play ball when the americans wanted them to give up Osama. The sudanese had him in custody and offered him to the americans and the americans refused, he was also met by us officials weeks before 911 when he was in hospital. Thats a great post sincock. I didnt know they were doing this stuff domestically in the 60's & 70's. Its an old technique it seems and we are still none the wiser for it.
