I don't know if any of you are into Home Theater gear, but this should blow your mind. This thing has got to have a out-of-this-world price tag but it's claimed to have 4 times the detail of HDTV and its a projector!

i love the projector aspect... but the bulb costs alot of money as well, and they burn out too fast... i'll stick with the Plasma/LCD/LED option.

I've never seen one that works very well in bright lighting conditions unless it's a rear projection tv. I have a 65" Mitsubishi rear projection that I like alot but...same thing, I have to replace the bulb once a year. It runs about $100 a pop...not too bad, considering how many hours its used plus my PS3 hooked up to it. I imagine this Sonys bulb is much more expensive.
