Sonar issue doest let me play anything

sonar is givin me a serious issue..i wuz playin sessions fine and mixing but all of a sudden it doesnt let me play or even record arm a track.i click play and it just presses and nothin happens..i had this problem many times cuz it wuz wuz a soundcard issue nd i wud restart my comp and it wuz straight but now its not so easy...i dont think its my soundcard this time but at the same time i dont knoe the problem..if anybody had this issue or knoes of this issue let me knoe i need to get my shyt up and running once again cuz this sux

check your sound settings in prefernces(ithink)

Try profiling your soundcard again, check the Options menu for that I think.
