Damn! That shit was crazy!! That chick should have just shut the hell up and got out of the suv. I mean damn she was straight wrong! 51 in a 35, no seatbelt,brakelight out,broken windshield,AND a suspended license? How ignorant can you be? Then she automatically started mouthing off at the officer. I think it could have been a defense mechanism because she was scared; but she should have known that the cop was'nt going to see it that way. I mean most people are paranoid at the notion of being confronted by the cops for any reason. That paranoia alone could put anyone on the defensive. At the same time it should make you think twice about raisin' up on Mr. Law. You know you're going to get beat down so why trip? As far as the cops themselves; I think that they could have handled that situation without using the tazer. But you have to realise also that cops think of only one thing when they are out on patrol, and that is self preservation no matter what the cost is to you. It was a cowardly thing to use the tazer against a defenseless woman; but she was wrong and she brought that shit on her self. She had no business behind the wheel in the first place. I think that she would rather take the shock than getting beat down or shot.

i think it went too far.... and i do think she was scared. but she wasnt cooperative at ALL and was completely defiant from the start.....

and if she had a heart condition and died in the process... she would have died because she refused to cooperate- meaning the officer had to use what he felt was necessary force because after watching it again.. there was NO de-escalating that situation.

Do you think that he would have tazed her if she complied to his numerous requests to get out of the car? She was also intentionally breaking the law by driving with a suspended license in the first place; and speeding along with that!! at the end of the day the woman was told to get out the car numerous times and she didn't do it, she had an attitude of her from the start of the thing when shes got a light out a busted windsreen a suspended licence and she woz speeding how are you gonna act innocent and get an attitutude when someone pulls you over ! if she had got off the phone to her mum or whoever they would have charged her and that would have been the end of it, at the end of the day whether the tazer is excessive or not is a matter of opinion the police have the power to use it he warned her she didn;t co-operate and he used it ! next time she'll get out the car !
