@Dj Iceman big thanks didn’t even notice the vocals being on the wrong beat. Went ahead and fixed them just replaced and edited it so it should be correct now.

Love both beats! You chose the right name for the first beat it definitely has bounce!! I like the second one, those scratches give it a nice touch to an already great beat. I like the video as well! it’s always cool to see someone scratching live. Nice work!!

@Sole Element Buy You A Drink. This is a good remix, suits the vocal very well. The only thing thats sticks its head out is the piano, its a little bit louder than everything else when it comes in, nothing major, not really sure it needs fixing tbh, apart from that its all good for me.
Tupac. Not feeling this one so much, pacs vocal is clashing with the sampled vocal. Its just not meshing for me like the other one did.
It might be a bit better if pacs vocal was louder in the mix or the sampled vocals lower in the mix. Pacs main vocal is quieter than the sampled one.

@Dj Iceman Bounce. Real throwback type beat. I think it could use a big boomy kick, seems a little empty in the low end and a boomy kick that only hits on the first beat of every 2 bars could make all the difference.
Friday vibes. Sonically this one sounds a lot better, full throughout the frequency spectrum, decent boom on the kick and crispy hat. Where did you get that turntable? I want one. Wheres the mixer lol?
Looks like you are just pressing a button instead of using a mixer. I need that in my life.

Ive been very busy the last few days, makes a change.

the turntable is the Numark PT01 scratch it has a little fader in the corner of the unit. i made a few upgrades to it (platter stabilizer, on/off switch and better fader, mp3 player and speaker mod) there's all kinds of stuff you can do with these and there's a whole movement based around it called "portablisim" (The art of djing/scratching on portable turntables) ive been a portablist for around 7-8 years now.. i also take it with me when i go digging for vinyl(trust me it comes in handy lol) heres some vids for context it runs $129 and then youll probably spend about another $150-170 on basic mods

its now on my list of must have items

@2GooD Productions im liking this batch! The first one is very good especially your sample choice. The only thing I didn’t like about that one was imo you had just a tad bit too much going with the snare if you cut back on some of those snare hits I think it would benefit this beat. The second beat sounds good as well except things got a little crowded during the peak of the song. I also think the singing woo woo part gets a little overused, but that’s just me. The third one is good as is and is very well put together. You mixed it very well, like you always do and very good sample choice!

@Sole Element, both nice remixes and smooth is how I’d describe them both. Personal preference on 2pac would be the snare to hit a little more. Nice work.

@Dj Iceman,1st beat dope with an ‘upto mischief kind of vibe’. Like the anime video with it too.
2nd beat nice all around, lovin the smooth sample choice accompanied with scratching. The beat is spot on and when the kick comes back in, nice.

Now I want a numark PT01, even been online and put it in the basket but managed to stop myself as I need to focus on the Mpc right now, but I know I WILL be purchasing one of these in the near future.
Either myself or @2GooD Productions will be in that soon I recon.

@2GooD Productions, you have been busy!

I like to be - beat came in and I was yeah this is alright, nice drums then in comes strings and bells and all sorts, great sound and use of instruments here, real nice.

Take it from me - I instantly vibed with this. Samples / vocal samples fit nice, piano dope! Love that snare man.

Don’t you want to - Rocky vibes right here, and another great production, really making use of a variety of sounds / instruments. This is like one of those get up off the floor and strive on motivational beats.
Only thing for me is the kick got drowned out as you brought more into the beat.

That studio got you flexing, great stuff man

I love the samples you chose for the first two beats. I agree with the comment that the first beat would benefit if you would take out some snare hits. I love how you bring in new elements. Really dope.
For the third beat. Man you really went crazy on the instrumentation but still resulted in a very dope beat. Only thing for me is that the bass sounds too electronic for my taste.

Is it the new studio that increases your output lately?

no, it was listening to all them old hip hop instrumentals in that thread. And also hearing how KRS 's new album went way back with the beat style so I thought Id get my sample on and make some throwback beats.

The last few nights though Ive been making stuff at the studio, Ill save that for next showcase.
People at the studio have me making all sorts of shit Ive never made before.
