@Chad I feel like the chords could fit the melodies a bit better, though i'm digging the drum track.

@44Beatzz I like that percussive/plucky delay melody you've got going on.

Hey everyone. Know it's been a while, but that's because I've been working on my beat tape. Just finished it up a couple weeks ago and just released it last Friday.

Here it is, let me know what you think!

@rjpasin That's super well mixed, nice work. I like instrument choice for the melody, it's almost haunting.
@Chad I like the drum beat, but the synth could be more present and could use some more work. Things sound a little muddy, not sure if that's on purpose.
@44Beatzz I'm digging this beat. The vocal chops sound great in the background, and the melody and your choice for instruments also sound good. Nice work.

@rjpasin that beat is pretty dope, not much what i could criticize. Your changes in the drum patters from hook to verse are pretty nice, also like the cutoff every here and there. good job man.
@Chad your kick has a long decay I guess, and the problem why it is so muddy is because a new kick plays while the kick before is still decaying and their frequencies interfere and make muddy wobbly bassnoises. In logic you can get rid of that when you group those kicks and put the trigger mode on single, not on multi. you should get rid of this problem, it destroys the joy of listening imo.
@44Beatzz i don't know if it's me, but your beat misses some high frequencies. It sounds like you have a high cut on around 13-15kHz. also what comes to my mind is that it feels like your beat is a little bit unsorted. you have your crashes in your drums, which are followed by a reverse crash, then you have your snare roll, after that you have that scratch-break which has his own punchy kick, plus your fast plucked instrument - sounds little bit too much at once.
@PoloBeats beat is sick man - nothing to complain about. good job, too.
@Baccarda your intro for your beat is imo way too long. half a minute is definitely enough, some people would skip the beat because it takes to long to start with the drums, they did the same with my beats haha. I don't know why and how, but it seems like you don't have a 4/4 beat, but kinda like 6/8 beat.... pretty unusual for hiphop beats. keep it up and make some more stuff, don't want to critique that much on your first beat. :up2:

@rjpasin hello nice to meet ya...nice beat bro with these lyrics and that flow the drums are perfect...lots of change ups and percussion transitions im liking this alot i would bump this hit in my whip frfr...nice track man very nice work on the beat

@Chad sup homie... not in love with how this beat starts at all takes way too long to hear any kind of instrument...and then when everything does seem to come in thhhey dont really flatter anything to the beat...this beat was ok but i wouldnt choose this to record to personally...i like the idea you were going for but this could a revamping frfr

@44Beatzz very different sample choice...but im loving what i hear...got this video game/anime vibe coming from the beat i like the drums you went with, making this a head nodder for sure...at times it sounds very dreamy and at other times it has an eery vibe to it i like the mix of the 2...very nice work with the sample work my friend...

@GRTBTZ sup bro, i skimmed through a few and heard the very beginning to a few and grown up 1 caught my attention so im listening to this specific track...im loving the intro and the simple drums makes this real potential for a lyrical mc to rip this shit to shreds...im loving what im hearing so far...the change up in the middle was excatly what the beat needed...i was hoping for more of a rock/metal change over with those same drums but hey this is cool too...dude i fell in love with the first half of the beat and after that change up i feel like the vibe i felt earlier went away...not sure if thats what you intended but i would keep that change up for a few bars and then transition back to its original groove cuz that shit was amazing overall very nice work man god job!

@PoloBeats nice to meet ya...gucci mane type beat huh? lets listen, this is definately some fire...i actually could picture a couple different artists to this joint...this is industry standard so anybody out there could kill this shit very nice work man very nice

@Baccarda hello nice to meet you, im liking the intro very eery yet sounds like something you would hear on the radio and shit...liking the snaps ... real slow buildups make people think a big bass drop is about to come up so this kind of let me down in that sense but i like the melody you made its kinda catchy and scary sounding in a way lol...overall this was alright for what it is...good job

heres my beat enjoy

@rjpasin Really Liked This I Liked The "Approaching Menace" Overall Feel To The Track Favourite Part Was At 1:59 It Kind Of Dragged Me Back Into The Thick Of The Whole Song To Quote Mikey Corleone " Just When I Thought I Was Out They Pull Me Back In "
@Chad The Arrangement On This Is Superb Cant Fault It ,But I'm Not Feeling Your Kick Something Else Is Fighting With It & Can't Hear Much On The High End Of The Freq So Feels Kind Of Claustrophobic Im Sure This was Intentional As Your Clearly A Talented Composer
@44Beatzz Drums On This Are Excellent Really Really Good , No Problems with This Track I Really Enjoyed This ..Solid Beat
@RizzakBeats Very Cool Track Love The Rhodes Keys Especially The Progression Reminds Me Of A Song That Was On The Original Road Rash Game Nice Clean & Very Catchy Overall
Ill Give The Rest A Listen Later On As I Got Some Important Daniel(My Name BTW) Business To Attend To

@RizzakBeats Loving the vibes here. The ePiano gets a bit too dominant. I'd cut some lows on it and maybe put it back in the mix a bit. Otherwise good

@dBtheProducer This is serious fire bro! I think the guitar (or whatever it is) is a bit sharp and unpleasant to the ear. I'd trim it down in the highs. Got me scared in the beginning, but when the rest of the beat came it blew me away

@JAY UNO Solid old school. Gets a bit repetitive, but works since its short. Great vibe

@C4NTK33P5T1LL Good idea, but I feel the sound choices are a bit strange. Keep it up tho

@Kod4R Loving the beat, but I'd definately change up the synth sound.

@producervibes Damn this is funky. Love the little guitar sample in the left ear. Strong combination between funky & trap

And thank you all for the feedback, appreciate it!

Solid productions throughout. Towards track 5 felt like it was dragging a little but the last beat was a daydream. Keep up the good work!
