@2GooD Productions ; Very nice tracks! The first one was interesting with that sample but I think I woulda preferred if it didn't constantly repeat over and over, just so the rapper would have more room to spit bars (def a nice track to go off on). I dig that groovy beat and all those melodies coming in and out really worked well with each other. The mix was great and keeping the drums simple was a good choice for this tune. For the 2nd track, very arcade game-y music type feel with the melodies, but when that drop hit, it had my head banging to it! Dope drums on this one and I like those little sounds here and there, rly adds to the beat. Wasn't a fan of that 2nd melody that comes in around 1min, just seemed a bit harsh with too much distortion, felt like it threw the beat off a bit imo. Great work on these tracks overall, I like your style and cool visualizer effects! Good luck with your channel and you def got my sub, I wanna see what else you got coming up! Btw just heard Neck Breaker from autoplay and that is my fav one, hella good beat!

Here's my newest beat I posted a few days ago. It's a chill happy type beat, curious what yall think about it. Any feedback or thoughts is much appreciated!

@2GooD Productions both are fire! the only thing I would change is that snare pattern, I would have just kept it on the 2 and 4 but when you added that extra hit it threw it off for me. But that's it so Nice bangers!

2 Good...The first video was unavailable, but Grand larceny is dope for a platform style video game like Mario Bro’s. To me this sounds experimental...but in a good way.

Yogi Beats...it’s like a Lo fi trap vibe...sounds nice...nice mix also. Good work

Matt D...the beat is cool. I like the vibe of it. Not really feeling the Biggie vocals over it though. At times things got a lil clashy.

Thanks man for the words, really appreciate it. When I was making it I only wanted the vocal in the hook, but it would have been really complicated to take the vocals out and find replacement chops, Im seriously considering just making it a remake of the original, and also going to take the time to do a pure instrumental version. Its just the last beat I made on Monday. Been at work since and havent had the time to spend on it. But it seems to be really popular.

Your track has a very laid back chilled vibe. "I need love" by LL Cool J springs to mind. The sort of thing you can get stoned to and just argue about the meaning of life with your stoned mates. Im subbing back and look forward to hearing more from you. Welcome to illmuzik.

@skidflow Classic Man. Really like the mixing on the drums, you can get away with minimal drums as long as they all come correct. Nice subtle variation in the pattern, this is a dope beat with plenty of room for a rapper to shine on it. I like the pads, thats one thing I never use, pads, I should fix that. Good work.
Pick your head up, this is fucking dope. Same again, plenty of room for a good emcee to just shine. This is on some classic shit. Very very dope.

hahaha, just kidding, nice video and good idea, give me a few to watch it all

Just some comments as Im listening. I think these youtube videos that cater to producers and those that want to learn to make music are the way to make money as a producer these days. As long as you know what you are doing and have the consistency to make hot beats even when you limit yourself in this way can be very popular.

As for the final beat, considering the limitations you had, I think its a good beat. A bit short and sweet, but still good. Im going to sub now.
