@Marc Duncan That first beat seems a bit too compressed - there doesn't seem to be much "space" for vocals, but it's good otherwise. I like the drums a lot.

Lately I've been on a roll with hard sample finds... here's a recent beat:

Dope beat, nice oriental sound!
I got the feeling the brass-like sound, the flute and maybe one other sound are kind of in the same frequency range, a lot in the middle. What kind of mastering do you do on your beats?

2nd beat is dope also, i like this one a little more, matter of taste. I think its mix or/and mastered better then the first one.

Dope beat bro, nice chops, could here styles p going crazy on this. With this kind of beats it's always to say "you should have done this or that with the mix" because with this kind of hiphop its okay if it sounds dirty and dusty many times.

But I'm still saying it anyway. you could mix it a little better. Your bass could be more dominant, it misses sub. Your kick could use some more sub as well. I would advice you to do some panning also, the whole beat is mono except for the 'ey' tag.

@Marc Duncan : Good job on Dripping (Gucci Mane type beat), I like the transitions and overall melody, I thought the new melody could come in a little sooner just to change up the structure a little bit.

I like the sample in 'Everything You Are', it was a pretty good flip. I thought the mix could be improved a little bit by attenuating the low end of the sample when the flute sound comes in, it started sounding a little too muddy there.

@Drago Zetić : I like the sample on this, and nice overall mix. Nice work.

Good energy in the beat!
I guess there is to much going on in this beat. Because of that sometimes it sounds a bit muddy. I think if you arrange it differently of remove some sounds (im not talking bout the drums or bass, purely all the synths) it wil sound better. Sometimes 'less is more' really is the truth

This are 2 beats from the last couple of days, the first one is more storytelling and the 2nd one is more a freestyle beat
