@DEEZ BEATZ Yeah they should have some remix competitions that would be huge. Yeah I'll definitely check that out I know it's going to be dope!! Thanks for the unofficial battle LOL. Trying to put something out for next year but I got some new equipment that i'm learning like the MPC 2000 XL and The Motif X8 so i'll be messing with that for a little while instead of relying on FL Studio 12 all the time.

Yeah I feel you, I won the FL Studio 12 in the battery that competition but I don't even use and probably never will cause I got so much other stuff that I use that I don't really need it but I will keep cause you never know

@DEEZ BEATZ Don't get me wrong FL Studio is dope and I honestly feel it's underrated, but I always wanted to use hardware I just couldn't afford it when I was younger. Plus I love messing with new stuff.

No I'm not knocking it, I just like the the Sony software and I've spent over 10 g's on drum machines, keyboards and and an electronic drum set

@DEEZ BEATZ Man one day maybe i'll get there. I'm kind of scared of getting overwhelmed with sounds. But does the electronic set give you a sound just as good as a live drum set or do you think live drums give it a better sound? But I feel you though everyone has their software they prefer I may have to give sony a shot to see what they're about. Right now I got ableton that came with the launchpad pro so I may experiment with that.

Yeah I got Ableton and reaper 5... I use the drums to sample the kicks and hi hats and then I trigger the sounds through my sequencing keyboards. I have the same one you got the Yamaha MOX F8 88 key and the Korg Kronos 6...I like that real instrument sound and then I use the drum machine MPC Touch for fill ins...but I have been at this for awhile now. I'm 45 yrs old married with 4 kids, so I've been blessed to be able to make music to put food on the table...plus I played pro basketball awhile back and made friends in the right places who taught me how to make smart investments with the little money I made..so I was truly blessed bruh. Now you know a little more about me. Everything takes time, but if you want it bad enough you can get it. And I will never sign with a record label

Kinda short and not my favorite but still fun.

@YATO , I thought both beats were pretty good, bust ghost is really dope and hypnotic. Great work

@YATO I like both beats but the first has a better build up. Nice Work.
@DEEZ BEATZ that's crazy I didn't know you hooped. I was pretty good, probably not pro material but I could hold my own with a lot of em. I actually got called to run track and field for praire view a&m but at the time I didn't feel I wanted to go to that school, though I should have I would've had a lot less school debt lol!! So I went to Texas State instead and finished. As for music I technically started back in high school with that mtv music generator game which gave me an idea oh how to arrange a little, but I really just recently started putting more time into it. As far as making music I'm pretty much self-taught. When I was at jr college I took a few piano lessons just to get familiar with the piano and a little theory, but I mostly learned about sampling on my own (besides a few youtube videos) would like to go back and further my education because I know it would help me improve.

Yeah basketball was something I just fell into but I have always been in love with music. I rode the pine, but at least I made the team. I got cut after one season. I went to Rutgers University.

I like how it's playful but tries to serious ^_^. The kick variations are commendable but maybe a lil to much trill

I like how it's playful but tries to be serious. Kick variations are commendable.
