Was listening to some of your other stuff on SC and must say the recent ones are all pretty dope. I can definitely hear you made huge progress (comparing it to your older uploads). Do you use drum loops?

If you didn't already you should really enter some beat battles here! (It's surprisingly balanced between trap & boombap and so are the votes.) Quite often it's theme based and it really challenges you to be even more creative with samples...

yeah the older stuff is garbage imo, i use all sorts with drums never really straight loops but reprogrammed loops sure. Had a look at the battles might enter in the future

Thanks for the feedback. This was made specifically for a project I am working on. It’s not necessarily my style either. I just needed to have some different ears listen to it for any technical suggestions. The sound is exactly what the artist wanted.

dunno if the elements sound all a bit too separate and not unified. This could be a mix issue or sound selection. the sounds are otherwise all very clean and nice and musically cool idea.
