konductor, very nice set up. Your set up will always be right there, its not a waste.
That is a nice set but you don't use it much and you're gonna add more? To me that's kinda of a waste of money man. I'd rather spend money I'm something I enjoy then put it into something that I don't do much of anymore unless you're planning on letting people get some studio time with it and have to pay you.

unfortunately, the usage of the knobs/sliders in combination with fl-studio is quite complicated, as i would have to assign for every song the knobs manually and the remote-control-keys (play, record, stop, ..) are not supported at all but i do not know who to blame (image-line or cme)
You can get the transport controls working. You basically select Tascam as the generic controller type. Now FL's transport control buttons should be expecting values 20-24. This means that the play button might be looking for 21. Thus on your controller, you have the play button send out CC 21 and all will be well.
I had to the same for my Novation ReMOTE. Unless your controller is in the generic controller list, you'll have to use the Tascam preset.

i just came up on some money and FINALLY able to come across a dope lil bedroom studio. im still learning the basics of beatmaking right now, i may have gone a little overboard, i dont know. the pics are a little blurry, they were takin with a phone cam, anyways, here it is:
MPC 2000xl MCD w/ 32mb, 8 outs
alesis m1 mk2 active monitors (theyre sitting right next to my monitor, you might not be able to see them because of the bright ass screen. i had to put electrical tape over the blue LEDs on the front because they were constantly in my face blinding me.)

2 Technics SL-1210MK2
Rane TTM-56
Self built comp..2.2ghz, 2 gigs ram, Delta 1010 sound card/breakout box
