all of the eyes look the same, well in America it doesnt take much of a loss to end up like that, lose your job or miss about 1 or 2 checks and not have money or a place to go, and the sad story is if you know a lot of backgrounds of the homeless in the USA, many have been educated and have families....but the worse side of it is many are Vets...i am a vet of the US army and i feel for anyone that is homeless, I feel blessed but unfortunately, unemployment and homelessness are the by product of capitalism and open and free society we have...sometimes the percentages are more and sometimes less....there is nothing like having a job in DC especially if you are just blocks from the white house, and going to eat lunch on a summer day in one of the many Parks and all of the benches are taken up by or you have to run into the homeless....its sad..

I Agree D, I spent about 6 months living outa my car at one point ion my life and was glad to have that lil fucker for a roof over my head..That aint no way to go I assure you!

The vets should never be homeless but your right there has always been a problem with that.
People dont realize how quick it can happen to you..Add the element of drugs and its that much more of a slippery slope.
The worst feeling is realising that no one gives a fuck about you , but it was motivating to me.
