Roland XV-5080 & Yamaha Motif ES Rack?

I have the Roland XV-5080(fully loaded) & Studio Electronics SE-1NX racks and looking to add another another rack to my midi setup.Would the yamaha motif es rack be a good buy or since i have got all of my bread & butter type sounds from my XV-5080 should I be looking for another type of rack? Its seems that if I got the motif rack I would be doubling up on my basic sounds that are in the XV-5080

Give me sugggestions on this please!

If it has new features, it would be stupid for Yamaha not 2 release one. But it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't release it.
