how do u get the redrum track to shut off after u copy the redrum to track? sometimes when i copy to track i have to clear the pattern so the redrum is not layering over the drums i copy to track. is ther a way that after i copy to track i can keep the redrum pattern without clearing it so if i have to edit something in the pattern it is still there

yes there is a small red "pattern" button above the step buttons to the left..just turn it off

Oh damn, I've been using reason for half a year now and didn't notice that. I thought clearing the pattern after copying it to track was the only option for not having your patterns play over what you've copied down.
