Reason to control external module?

Can you use Reason to control an external device via midi? if so can you explain how you did it?

I think someone else asked this back in the day and the answer was no.

This is one of the most requested features that Reason doesn't have right behind having the ability to record live sounds like vocals.

They might eventually add the ability to control external devices but as far as I know, you can't do that yet.
