wow. im really liking the look of that. im gonna hold out on 6.5 and wait for 7. the auto parallel track is a nice touch. saves a bit of time on the routing. also nice to see they have integrated recycle.

If you get 6.5 now 7 is free. and holy crap on the built in slicing! Not much external gear these days, but it sure changes the game.

Hey for years they said Reason would not have midi out. Pretty cool stuff if you need it, and being able to route CV to midi in Reason is pretty sweet!
its unbelievable!! trust me im testing it! all i got to say is the workflow is amazing,
i dont think ill be using recycle no more just for the fact u can import mp3 and chop it up the audio editing has improved n much more!!............ and i cant tell ya the rest! lol

I stopped using reason at 4.0... Had record, too. Is this worth the upgrade? The rack plugs don't entice me, I have omnisphere and sylenth, which I prefer to use on almost everything. However, back in the day the workflow was unparalleled. I go back to 1.0 on my grandmothers pos pc.

yea, workflow in Reason IMHO is the best period. I feel like Reason is kind of like an Apple product, it doesn't do everything in the world (ie FL studio) but what it does, it does better than anyone else. So ya, workflow is amazing!

Oh, I love it, but then again i've been in love with Reason since the beginning. 7 makes things a lot easier. I'm not to hyped on the NY compression, i think that's a gimmick as most have been doing the compression before prop made it a drag and drop feature
