Reason 3 Nn-xt Question...need Help.

OK If I have a few samples chopped in the NN-XT and I turn the release all the way up on em soo that they play out all the way (IS THERE A BETTER WAY TO MAKE THE SAMPLE PLAY ALL THE WAY OUT?) but how can I get it to have the samples cut each other off? cause I know if I hit the same key twice it plays the sample over and over without starting over how can I get it to startover and have other samples cut off the other samples? I really need help with this...PLEASE...

When u open up the bottom part of your NNXT in the top left corner:

1. Section titled "Group"
2. Either set the key poly to 1 (default is usually set to 8)
OR
3. Click on the group mono button, underneath the key poly settings

hita is rite but u can also mess around with the release knobs as well!

dope! i always use the release knob,, i forgot all about the poly!! thanks

well what i do, they dont totaly cut each other off they juts kinda trail off.

!st in the recycle i adjuts the attach time to be at about 50 percent so you dont get the nnoying kick or clip sound and then i put time strecth at 100

i then usualy put a nice revrb for the sample rv ping pong affect works good
