If it isn't comedy, which I sure hope it is... then it's a rapper that's trying to create a name for themselves by coming out with something that's completely from left-field and totally niched. If he's smart, he could build a stable fanbase of "hardcore" rap-emo fans and make a living off it.
It's just somebody attempting to differentiate in an overly saturated hip-hop marketplace. If it's comedy, well that's a different story. The crying stuff is so over the top. Again, if 10,000 suckers like it and pay this guy $10 per annum via merch and royalties, he can make a living off it.
