This ain't nothing new. I just found the article interesting because they are pulling in RAP EXPERTS to help breakdown the lyrics. I find it amazing how far Rap has come and how it reaches other people away from the fan side of things. I mean, we all live it and breathe it but all the people involved with this case approach it like a forensic study or something.
They don't give much else on the case because the article is focused on how the lyrics play a role.... but it would be interesting to see if this was more of a wrong place at the wrong time kinda thing. I mean imagine, you write lyrics saying the same ole pop-a-cop rhymes and then they try to pin it on you based on your rhymes when you had nothing to do with it at all?
Anyway, the article doesn't really explain whether or not there are other facts linking the accused to the crime and the lyrics are just more proof of that.
