Hi, if im posting it wrong @Fade, im sorry.

I have sold a part of an song ive made to an comercial, 17 seconds. Now im putting together an album and are thinking of having the original song on it. Will this be a problem since ive sold a part of it?

Depends on the agreement between you and the commercial...

If there was no contractual agreement that they owned exclusive rights to your 17 secs. then no foul. If you did, then the music is solely theirs.
