I just started using Recycle and use it with the Dr Rex, after 2 years with Reason lol. But i don't know why, but when i put it in the Dr Rex, the sample sound robotized, it doesn't sound as fluid as when i use the sample with the NN-XT.

What might be the problem?

I got u Bost....I had the same thing sorta happen when i first used it......For one thing, the stretch can make the slices sound wierd if theres too much...I personally turn it all the way off as a first thing to do before slicing the sample. Then click the preview button....This will prompt u to enter the amount of bars or beats the sample is...(sorry i cant remember which one it is since i dont have it opened right now).....I always put 1 measure since im not cuting a sample thats gonna be specifically for say 2 or 4 bars......This will set the tempo in the tempo box automatically after u input that information......Then at this point procede to slice out yer samples. Afterwards, save as a rex and yer straight. If u export without clicking the preview first it will most likely sound as u described.

-I open a wav file
-click on the "Preview Button"
-set my thing to : 2 bars, press enter
-i click on : show grid
-click on add slice on gride
-save as, rex

still sound like crap, and when i overlap the Rex with the NN-Nxt, they dont overlap perfectly, which shows that they don't sound alike...help me lol

Like you said, it has something to do with the numbers of bar i set it up, but even at 2 bars, it's not perfect. But the more i raise the tempo it's better, but then my beat is too fast.

Well, im not entriely sure what your tryin to do, but try setting it to (1) bar. Thats what i do.
And when u export, make sure that u got the pretoggle button ON.

Also: Keep in mind, that the tempo of yer track in comparison to the tempo of the rexed sample will be a big factor in how u can audition that sound back in reason.

Really tho - As long as your samples are clean and cut well there is no need to worry bout if all the slices play perfect back to back. What would be the point of Rexing them then?....Arent u jus gonna rearrange those slices in a different way anyways to create a new composition?
