I just got a 2/2 eurorackmx60a behringer mixer and There is to much hiss coming out. Its ridiculouse. I mean I dont know if its my wiring, my cables, or simply the mixer. But if its themixer I cant believe they make such a poor product. My kids kareoke sounds better. Can anyone tell me whats going on? Are behringers really that bad.... Any help would be appreciated. If its the mixer what can should I buy for about 150.00 dollaz? Thanks........

i use a eurorack ub502 for monitoring and a eurorack ub 1002 for all my inputs , iwouldnt have anything else, they sound pristine, must be yur wiring, double check that shit ,and if its still givin u problems the mixer might be damagedjulio g. said:
It probably is damaged. i got it at a swapmeet with no power cord. I went to guitar center and bought thepower cord. Turned it on and plugged in my headphones, raised the phone volume on the mixer and herd nothing but loud hiss. I guess I got jacked for 25 dollars. Oh well. I have Eurorack UB1622 and I haven't had any problems with it. Check your wiring. Where is your mixer connected to? If it's connected to your computer soundcard, it could be your soundcard. But yea 25 dollars at a swapmeet??... haha i duno bro.
Yeah I got it hooked up from my mpc outs to line in of the mixer. Main out of the mixer to my line in of my digital recorder. My main outs from mixer are 2 1/4 inch to 1 1/4 inch input on my recorder. Yeah I saw it as a come up when I ran into it at the swapt. But now its more of a headache and waisted doe. But what ya think of my connections? Do they sound o.k.? Let me know, thanks...... Also what affortable good mixer besides the behringers that are descent are out there to cop?
