Question about an insturment used in Commons new ablum

Hey I am just wondering if anyone can tell me the insturment used on track 1 (be) of commons ablum "Be" the insturment that comes in after the bass guitar. any help would be appreciated thanks.

ps insturment or synth like whatever it would be..not sure.

the only reason i say it is the arp sound because i stumbled on what sounds like an identical patch in my personal library...
