I kno you can group certain tracks and all, but how do you use the sends.

I don't kno if I'm gonna explain it right but I'll give it a try, when I want 2 or more tracks to have the same effects, where and how do I do that? I don't want to use the edit window, I want to use the mix window too. I kno I can apply the effects directly to a track but I don't want to do that?
