Please show me some knowledge on MPC 1K

I have MPC 1000

The left and right volume is different on both stereo and master out. The left is way lower than the right.. and it's not about panning, I tried it... And I also tried different speakers and ear phones...

Please drop advice

I really dont know what to say without actually seeing the unit. Are all the tracks set to "ST" for stereo and gain turned up on each output in the 1k internal mixer?

YEAH, all st, I tried all the samples... I m thinking maybe is audio plug in might broken... where I can get that part?
