I hooked my midi controller up to fl studio.Its hooked up correctly,but for some reason its not receiving the midi.The lil lights not comeing on when i hit a note.please help

hit f10 and click enable midi controller

install the FUCKING driver and do a restart.

there is no driver.its a yamaha psr

if windows doesnt recognize the midi interface (your yamaha) then it will not work.
u need drivers.

ok i just put a new harddrive in my comp.I was usin the same keyboard before but for some reason its not workin

the reason is the driver!!! your keyboard is not recognized by windows and for this reason FL STUDIO WILL NOT ACCEPT IT.ok another try could be the driver from your soundcard because there is the MIDI IN. but if the yamaha goes tru usb interface then instal latest driver for your motherboard for the usb.
