Output, through two soundcards?

Hey,

Is there a way for me to have all sound coming from Sonar 6 coming through box my M-Audio box headphones, and my speakers plugged into my internet soundcard at the same time?

Or how do I quickly change between the two?

I doubt it. like my interface, isn't there a way to have headphones and speakers plugged into the same soundcard?

I have a headphones port, and a stereo speakers port, then ports for monitors.

However, I could be wrong, but a DAW exporting sound to two soundcards simultaneously doesnt sound plausible to me.

Nahh.... I'm still using my 5.1 'computer' speakers, so I cant connect it too the Fast Track because its using one of them 'generic headphone' jacks.

It has output for like.... an amp or monitors.

You need to get a mixing board. You can actually get one pretty cheap. This will allow you to route the sound from your sound card into the mixer. From there you can route sound to external speakers/monitors and headphones, etc.
