old soul/gospel sample flipped into an aggressive boom bap beat

Was curious for others perspective:
-is the bass too growly?
-tried some different sampling techniques on this one. is it too choppy?

I fixed some of the transitions that were bothering me. I think the ghost kick was making sound a bit more off beat than desired. I fine tuned some of the transitions by either cutting the ghost notes and/or adding some of the very low panned percussion to fill in more of the of the air space. Anyways, new link!
