Need ideas for online listening sessions

Ok, heres the situation, I need a way to play multiple music files, quickly and effortlessly between multiple users online, preferably at the same time.

Its sort of like a listening room like a turntable FM but it MUST be without signups. Right now Im thinking of setting up a drop box and posting the link, but I'd like it to be a simultaneous listening experience. Any ideas?

I think you should be able to get on turntable.fm now and if not add someone on facebook who is in on turntable.fm
