Having a team built to win a championship is a totally different monster...play 7 games against the same team and teams adjust.

Combine a weak division with a weak eastern conference overall....and a team could win 60 games....(ie see the 2011 Bulls)

And I'm a Bulls fan and those 62 wins is a little exaggerated considering their division.. They were exposed by the Heat pretty easily.....they were exposed by the Hawks as well..... The Heat were exposed by the Mavs....
