I think he may have mentioned him because of the new album Jay put out. I think we were all waitin on a great album, and only 3/4 joints are good. I think he (Rae) is frustrated ike most of us,,,Jay CAN put the East bck on the map and let the rest follow suit, but he hasn't done that,,,as a EAst Coast emcee, it is sad. Jay can do that, but t dont sell records to the suburbs. I gather that being Rae kept mentionin commercial music.
