I think I could picture a rapper/singer type collabo on this type of beat, maybe with a rock/alternative singer jumping in and out or on the hook. I think it has a Gorillaz type of vibe too (unintentionally, ha).

I really like this.

Definitely that Gorillaz sound to it. I also hear some El-P/RTJ influence here. Love when people use more abstract and non-traditional samples.

As for a rock/alternative singer....these drums remind me a lot of One Day As A Lion. I could totally hear ZDLR dropping knowledge over this.

Agree with the others wrote about Gorillaz, especially the bass line sounds like something Dan the automator could have done.
