I just got an external mixer for my 1k. I have four cords going from the 4 mix out on the back of the 1k to the mixer. The Problem that im having is the the mixer still isint controlling the volume of each track. Is there something I have to set on the 1k or mixer?

Thanks illmuzk

what you have to do is....in the mpc1000 go into it's mixer window, there's 3 tabs at the bottom, one for the pan, one for the fx-send, but there's one tab in the middle, i can't remember what it says exactly, it might be "out" or something.......but in there you can change where the sound is routed...leaving it where it is goes to the main out, changing it to "12" goes to the out 1 and out 2, and changing it to "34" sends it to out 3 and out 4

hope that helps

yeah, go to mode-mixer, then select the pad you want by hitting it. It will highlight, at the top of the mix line you'll see ST. use jog whell to change it to 12, or 34. They sounds will then be sent to aux-out 1/2, or 3/4. Then those 4 wires will have signals you can mix. Out
