I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to remove parts of samples. Meaning, I have a piano loop I sampled but there is someone singing on it. Besides filtering (cause that just makes it base-like) is there any way I can preserve the piano the way it is, but remove the voice track or at least divert attention away from it by putting it in the background?

Help is appreciated,

Peace

Thanks. But how do you cut channels on an MPC, or even find out if the voice is on a separate channel? Can the MPC do that?

Thanks
