FUCKING FINALY!!! I thought those lamers quite developing after OS V1.14, unfortunately I haven't found any bug/fixlist yet, but considering the update just wennt online it will appear online pretty soon.

For the other Akai sluts, there are updates on all the new machines ( MPC1K,4K, S5/6K, DSP24 etc ).

Okay, I got it, nothing official but one of the updates makes installation of an IDE cardreader possible.

that's all folks...from what i understand this is done due to the MPC2KXL with MC bay, but means you can fit them yourself too.

Just card reader ATAPI compatability. But still can use a SCSI without the update.

The ATAPI upgrade will require power modifications which will void your warranty, unless done by vstservice.com which is running a 199.00 upgrade special.
