maybe ur confused I dont know if you know but u can achieve the same thing with the sliders
the only I repeat only thing diff. between auto chromatic and using the sliders is its automatically mapped over the pads or keys if ur using a controller in more than 16 increments
maybe u havent tried using ur slider with tune, its the same thing homey u can go up in pitch just as high and down as low just like using auto chrom
in music there is usually more than 1 solution to doing things
its no need to shoot other methods down cuz u dont use or know how to use them
we all just presented diff. methods of achieving the same thing so let the dude who asked the question pick which is best for him
and 16 levels is just the same if u wanna higher or lower pitch u can change the reference, yes it will take longer but its really not that different
dog aint nobody shutting down different was methods of doing things, I’m just stating facts, the 1000 and 2500 do not have the AUTO chromatic function.
i know it can be done manually with the sliders(or the data wheel). but u have to sit their and do it for each note, which defeats the purpose.
hence the AUTO in auto-chromatic, which was my whole point,
the beauty of auto-chromatic is the fact that U can just load a sample press a button and u have it mapped across the keys, that’s what makes it powerful, especially for composers, nobody wants to sit their and manually tune a sample of a piano note (sliders or not) for each key on ur controller…
dude asked if 16 levels was the same as autochormatic and i answered it, I dident tell him their werent ways around it, so stand back playboy....
On another note, ive noticed in a lot of threads that we both post in u always come off salty towards me. Maybe its just the way im reading it man but seriously seems like every time I post an opinion ur something u try and come and purposely contradict or under mind what im saying…. If u got a problem get at me…
Class….
