Ok so i opened my browser, and i got this pop up from mozilla asking for a profile i kept click my default one but it wouldn't let me get online. so i made a second one but now i dont know how to restore my first one, and it has all of my bookmarks and important links. can any of you guys tell me what to do.

all u gotta do is wait for like 2-3 weeks and when u click on firefox that profile thing will show up again and when it does just click your old user file

thats how long i had to wait

it popped up again already its not there, then i even went to the firefox site and found the folder with my profiles and there both gone, so it just reset everything

I had the same shit... It happens when you have another instance of the browser open. I didnt feel like messing with it, so I just reinstalled firefox with the newest version, and whatever setting was tripping like that was magically fixed upon reinstalling.

Worked for me.

happened to me. all i did was create a new profile. then go into the file its gettin the profile info from and copy over everything from my old profile. now here I am. same cookies. same bookmarks. same stored passwords.

it has happen me as well! so I had to redo all my tabs and stuff...and after a couple of months it happend again and I got all of my old stuff back, lol.
