The Mo Phatt is a brilliant piece of hardware and will compliment anything you have. I don't have the mo phatt, i have the proteus 2k with the mo phatt rom. i love it.

Motif ES rack,Proteus 1000 and Alesis QSR.As far as using the mpc pads to play sounds, I rather use my keyboard. But overall the ES is tight.
