Well your options are pretty good for that much money. You'll def be able to afford a premium quality mic. Im pretty sure you can have a company like Sweetwater ship internationally? At least I thought they did. If not though, Im not really sure whats available to you in the netherlands?

In the end man, its all a matter of taste if you feel me.
Personally, i dont like Rode mics and feel they offer too brittle of a high end for my taste. Ive heard good things about the K2 however, im just not an advocate of that brand.

The first site you listed seemed to have a lot of Chinese made mic's which im not a big fan of since a lot of them tend to use poor parts for the diaphragm materials, etc.

The only mic I would personally recommend from that site would be the Neumann TLM 103 really, but if you have yourself set on choosing between the AKG and the K2, i suppose I would go with the AKG. (The 414 sounds even better and is great for acoustic instruments as well, including being used as a room mic)

From the second link you provided I would choose from these:

http://www.i4muzique.nl/blue-babybottle-p-216.html

*Once again, this is all based on opinion. :)

Word. Well like I said, its all opinion. That TLM 103 is butter tho on vocals.

Between the AKG 214 & the Rode K2, I mean...I suppose I would roll with the AKG, but I have heard good things about the K2, im just not a fan of Rode mics like I explained before.

I suppose if you did get the K2, what you could do is take the mic apart and see what kind of tube is in it, and if its a cheap Chinese tube replace it with something better and then you would essentially upgrade the bandwidth and fidelity of the sound???? Just a thought.
