word! I remember checking some stuff out a few years back and i did this one thing that completely fucked over my whole system. I lost 3 years of music and my life kinda stood still....

yeah it's funny till it happens to you lol.

This site is nice though, I'm siftin through some useful things right now.

One tip I disagree with is disabling system restore. System restore has saved my setup at least 10 times now. You never know when things could get messed up by an installation or an update. My antivirus messes up my computer monthly when it updates and system restore is my only way around it.

thanks nomics. I reformat alot so it's good to know I c an do something at the operating systems installation level to increase preformance
