Maschine vs MPC2000xl

had a feelin it was reversed... simply bcuz the Maschine, the "newer" technology, can emulate an MPC, but the MPC cannot emulate the Maschine... at least not 100%.. the Maschine does a great imitation/emulation.

I didnt use MPC emulation on the Maschine

It is amazing how hard it is to tell however.

no.. i dont mean, u used an "emulator" at all... what im sayin is u created the beat the same way u would on an MPC... as well as playin the pads.. i can do it on the RS as well... i actually have a beat that sounds like it was done on the MP, but in fact its the RS.

truth is hard to tell it all depends on the user... if someone used the mpc 3000 and made a really cheesy sounding track with it where the chops were near perfect then made something a lil more sloop sounding in an app and asked people would deem the sloopy sounding track being made on the 3000


I did this on mpc forums once and got band it was some silly software vs hardware thread so i thought i make everyone look like a fool...worked
