Maschine not exporting??

warzone (nov 5-9) signup begins in...
I know reason is a completely different DAW, BUT..
If the loop is set mid track, like not at the start or end and you export loop then it loses the beginning and then end, I know this sounds obvious, but there are times in the past where this has messed up my exports by mistake, I wonder if it has something to do with anything like that?
LOL, ah well worth a try, I dont know what else to say as I dont have maschine.

Oh..I def followed directions....
I did the sounds...but the groups option shows just that..the group in its entirety....can't eq all the drums together....I have to do "sounds" but it's just not exporting correctly......
I'm actually going to call NI tomorrow about this....

Ok, well sinds i dont own one myself... Sounds would refer to just the sounds used a sample, not the sounds sequenced. Groups sounds more likely to be just that hehe, i reccon you probably need to group all which is ofc, good for the chopshop results but a bit more tidious on the drums lol.

Thats how I used to do it...
I exported all the audio.....and opened it in PT, it's way off.... the sample starts @ the beginning....then replays again....BUT the drums are on point...but the samples are way off......

since vst support, mixing in maschine is really an option. but you should try the routing thing. i ususally start off with making a beat in maschine stand-alone. when there's only few vsts involved, it stays there, when it gets vst-heavy, i open the session in cubase and route groups/sounds to drum/sample channels (maschine doesn't support multi-core processing).
another nice feature in a daw context is, you can record scene triggering for maschine and live arrange that way.
i know it's tempting to just use the most obvious functions, but there's much stuff worth checking out, and not everything is covered in the manual. if you need to know something, just ask.

I have a question, and no I'm not being a smart@$$ (I only do that when dp is involved...lol) but my question is...When do you think NI is gonna have Maschine really up to par, I mean very few issues and what not. I really do want to purchase one (I even had one in my hand with the cash and put it back) I just can't justify it in my head until they work out some of it's issues. I know that nothing is perfect but from what I'm reading, it's having issues that I'm NOT having with my MV.

Honestly man, some how you got it in your head that Maschine is broken and held together with duct tape or something, when if you would use it you would see how brilliant and elegant it is. Again if the NEVER updated the software I would still think it would be great product.

I mean check the title of this thread, these quotes are all from this thread alone not to mention all the issues brought up in the other thread. This thing has so many issues that there's a thread in "Hardware" and "Software". I'm starting to wonder what issues Maschine DOESN'T have. Thats below par in my book, I've never had to contact Roland.
compared to an mv or mpc, stuff can seem half-baked. but it's not, you just can't compare a stand-alone device such as a hardware sampler to a computer software, especially not audio software, where there's many interface compatabilities to maintain. issues is the price for the flexibility.
but what maschine does it does good plus it has great potential and it's constantly being improved. i can do everything i need to make beats with it, in lightspeed compared to any sampler. you just have to pull some tricks to get that hardware sampler sound, but that's not a maschine problem.

But that is all operator error. Have you ever been to the FL support forums?
For example if you go to the FL support forums you seem complaints of latency issues, plugins crashing, BSOD's caused by FL, MIDI not working, CPU spikes. ETC
I do NOT assume the problem is FL I assume the problem is a setting or the user.
Why do you not assume the same of maschine? I have pushed Maschine hard and have NEVER had a crash, latency issues, or any problems for that matter.

Actually...It isn't.
I did everything shown in the booklet....and in tutorials.
I've realized that we can only bounce audio in groups at a time, according to what I've read. That's fine...Just another 20 seconds it takes.
Drag and drop audio from what I read works well in Logic, but not PT. that's fine as well...
This definitely isn't a Maschine Vs. anything thread......
With the exceptions I listed, it's a lot better than FL to me....the freedom I have in making music is so much better than FL. I always felt like I was limited with FL...
And FL is up to it's 9th version.... Give NI up to 3 and you will see the behemoth this thing will become. the MV is dope...But what you see is what you get....I plan on being mobile....good luck trucking that shit along.
I got an appt with someone to showcase a beat....and wants to see how I get maschine to work...
Imaging bringing an MV with wires n shit....
If I wanted to spend over $1000, it wouldn't be for an MV....at all....it's cool if the MV was your first piece of gear....but that's pretty much it...I don't know anyone ADDING an MV to their current setup unless they didn't have a sequencer....

It was just a sample that exported incorrectly...percussion didn't have a problem.....I actually had a similar problem with FL at one point....Just one of those things.
