How can I route iTunes to play through the digidesign soundcard?

We are using the digi002 and it is dope, but any audio other than Protools can only play in the cpu's built in speaker. Do you know of a way to get those other apps to play through a digidesign soundcard that outputs to our reference monitors?

Our work flow isn't slowed by this quirk, it would just be nice to preview soundfiles in other apps.

you need to have installed the Digidesign Core Audio Driver and the driver must be active when you load up ITunes or any other audio application.

Go To Your Audio/MIDI Setup In Your System Preferences And Change The Computer Output To The Digi002 Soundcard

the way i do it is kind of bootleg but it works, i just hook a 1/8 adapter to a 1/4 cable and run it into the mac speaker out and input on the digi 002
