Hey Illmuzik Fam,

Someone just installed Reason 3.0 in my PC

I just bought and installed an M audio Midisport usb to midi interface plug to my PC

And I still cant hear any sounds in Reason when i touch my keys.

I just:
a) Went to "Preferences" in the Edit page of Reason and set it up to detect usb--IT DID
B) I properly added my Midi keyboard as a master keyboard in the "Control Surfaces and Keyboards" window.

BUT I STILL DONT HEAR ANY SOUNDS WHEN I PRESS THE MIDI KEYBOARDS KEYS.

Im using a Yamaha DJX as my Midi Keyboard--I ALSO SET THE KEYBOARD TO TRANSMIT MIDI NOTES

And I intalled the needed drivers from the Midi sport plug prior to doing all of this.

Can someone help me?????? Please!!!!!!!!!!!
I NEED IT

Well the first question is : do you hear sounds at all from reason?

You should go in Edit>Preferences>Audio> and select you Audio card Driver

If there is something selected, than, maybe you havent select it in the Sequencer Track. Next to the sequencer track you are using, on the left, a piano icon should be highlighted, if not click on the icon.

That's pretty much all I can do for now.

Ya i'd say he's right.. in order to hear sounds you gotta setup your primary sound driver
